2. Services Provided

Vexo Websites provides web design, hosting, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the onboarding process. Failure to provide the necessary content, images, or other materials may delay the project.

4. Payments & Fees

Our services are provided on a subscription basis, with monthly fees based on the selected package. By signing up for a service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen package, as outlined in your contract.

• Monthly Payments: Payments are due on a monthly basis, and any missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Late Fees: A late fee of $50 will apply for each missed payment. If you miss multiple payments, Vexo Websites reserves the right to charge 65% of the remaining balance on your contract.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

5. Ownership of Website

Ownership of the website will be transferred to you after the full payment term (24 months) has been completed. If you cancel before this period, the website remains the property of Vexo Websites. Once ownership is transferred, ongoing maintenance and updates can be provided for a monthly fee.

6. Revisions and Changes

During the contract period, you are entitled to unlimited website revisions and updates as part of your service package. Requests for changes outside the contract may incur additional fees.

7. Website Content

You are responsible for providing content for your website. Vexo Websites offers content creation services, including copywriting, at an additional cost. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us complies with applicable laws, and you retain the rights to use any third-party content.

8. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, your website will be deactivated unless you have completed the payment term and acquired full ownership rights. If Vexo Websites terminates your contract due to breach of these Terms, we may retain any payments made to date.

9. Intellectual Property

All design work and code developed by Vexo Websites during the contract period remains the intellectual property of Vexo Websites until full payment is made. Upon completion of the payment term, ownership will be transferred to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vexo Websites is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to website downtime, data loss, or financial loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vexo Websites harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, including any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, such as hosting providers and payment processors, to deliver our services. These third parties have their own terms and conditions, and Vexo Websites is not responsible for their actions.

13. Governing Law
